Thought of the Month

"Be Happy With Your Current Circumstance."

This does not mean that you need to be SATISFIED with your current circumstance.  Satisfaction is a different ball
game all together!  It also
does not mean that you shouldn't have goals or ambitions to change or improve on
what you have.

What it means is that too often we focus so much on what we don't have or don't like about our current
circumstance that we fail to appreciate what we have!  How this translates to our health and fitness, is that instead
of focusing exclusively on what we don't like about our bodies or our current health, learn to appreciate the parts of
us that are good, or that seem to fit or work well for us.  Use those "good parts" as incentive to improve the rest of
us, but don't fail to honor and appreciate what you have "right now!"
