Here you will not get any "pie in the sky" rhetoric about losing all of your weight overnight or in
a few days.  Make no mistake about it, losing body fat, keeping it off, and creating a healthier
lifestyle is
not easy!  It takes time and it takes effort if your goal is to safely and effectively
reduce body fat, and keep it off.  Each person is different, and your body will respond to
exercise in its own unique way and rate.   But a healthier lifestyle that incorporates appropriate
exercise will not only help you address losing body fat and inches, but will improve your
overall health.  There are no guarantees, but, with the right mindset, a willingness to put in
some "
sweat equity," and patience, you can become a healthier person by creating a healthier
lifestyle for yourself.  

This is
not a diet site.  This site is about creating a healthier you through making healthier
decisions in your daily life and habits by incorporating exercise and other healthy choices.

learning to live a healthier lifestyle.  Our Health Coach is a Certified Personal Trainer who has
helped many people (men and women) start on the road to a healthier lifestyle and reduced
body fat/inches.  

The key is
consistency.   In other words, Stay the Course!  Don't let the fact that you don't see
immediate results, or you don't think that you're making the kind of progress that you've read
about in an advertisement or heard about from a friend, cause you to give up!  A look at many
of the popular articles on reducing and exercise would lead you to believe two things.  One,
that reducing is
fast, or quick.  And second, that it's easy!  In sampling a couple of the popular
magazines on the shelves, we noted that the words "quick," "fast," and "easy" were used
many, many  times, as they promised "slimming the easy way," and "fast fixes."  Despite these
claims, the truth is that making healthy changes to your lifestyle that become habit, takes
time,
and it takes
effort!  To unlearn bad habits, and replace them with good ones takes repetition,
takes will power and desire, and is challenging.  Otherwise, if it was so easy, we'd all be
walking around looking like Wonder Woman or Adonis.

So, if you're ready to work, and dedicate yourself to making a positive change and impact on
your health and fitness, you've come to the right place!  We'll never promise that it will be easy
or fast, but we will be there to support and motivate you throughout the process.
