Functional Training

You don't have to be an athlete to enjoy the many benefits of becoming
healthier, and more fit.  As a matter of fact, about half of our clients don't
regularly play any organized sports at all!  But, life is a sport!  Have your
doubts?  

How about shoveling snow, carrying bags of groceries, moving furniture,
running for the bus, or simply carrying your luggage to the airport?  Each of
these everyday activities requires strength, flexibility, endurance, and
cardiovascular fitness.  The very skills that an athlete depends upon!  Make
no mistake about it, life IS a sport!

Functional strength training is all about helping you get in shape to handle
LIFE!  Whatever physical demands your day-to-day life brings, you'll be better
prepared to handle them, if you take steps to improve your health and fitness!

Through proper planning, and looking at the specific needs of the client, we
