SWEAT EQUITY


Ok, so if you're like most people out there, you take better care of your house or
car than you do your most important asset - your body!  Without our health, these
other "important assets" are pretty meaningless. Most homeowners seem to
understand that in order to protect the investment that they've made in their
homes, they need to maintain, and occasionally improve it from time to time.  This
not only helps them protect their homes value, but to increase it.

Yet, those same people, are some of the very ones who don't put that same
amount of care, concern, and effort in protecting their
most valuable "house" ---
their own bodies!  Face it, your body, good or bad, is "your house."  It goes with
you wherever you go, and unlike real estate, you can't simply sell it for a new one
when you're ready for a change.  So, to truly take care of this house, you've got to
put in some "sweat equity!"  Proper exercise is one way to accomplish this.  
You've got to move!  So, as you read other pages on this site, please keep that in
mind.  And when you get the urge to maintain, or improve the value of that real
estate, don't forget to pay attention to that "other - more important" house as well.
