Keep a Positive Attitude

As we start the new year, this is a great time to start or keep a new attitude
about ourselves and our health.  Some people are often very negative about
themselves, or the current state of their health or fitness.   We all know
someone who seems to always have a negative attitude about things, yet how
often does that kind of attitude about things truly help?  Probably never!  So,
take this moment of making new beginnings and promises to promise yourself
that you'll approach things, including your attitude about exercise and fitness,
with a renewed vigor, and positive attitude.  It can't hurt, and more than likely
will help!
